This was part of the plan BEFORE the election was ever held: “......they would affirm the result as well as the conclusions reached by the U.S. intelligence community that Russian interference in the election sought to favor Trump, and not Clinton....”.
But Mueller’s still trying to figure out how Trump colluded with the Russians.... RIGHT
They probably expected they would NEED a plan, because they felt that they had enough election fraud lined up to assure a win by HRC.
