Weiner – who was sentenced to 21 months of hard time for sexting with a minor – will be let go on May 14, according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
He’s currently being held in the Federal Medical Center at Devens, a former military facility in Massachusetts.
Federal prisoners are not eligible for parole. But they can get as much as 54 days shaved off annually for good behavior.

“It was hard” Weiner said about his time in the pokey. “As soon as I went in I thought it would last forever, but it was over faster than I thought it would.”
The real question is, as my wife asked, is he disbarred as a lawyer and I ask, is he a registered sex offender? Both would qualify him as a “good Democrat”.
Half the Democrat lawyers in Congress should be disbarred for unprofessional, unethical, and corrupt practices. And the other half should be put under ABA supervision for 2 years, with disbarment the penalty for anything ever again like what they did at the Kavanaugh hearings.
I am absolutely certain he will emerge as a staunch conservative. /s
I could picture Weiner sharing a cell with a couple of burly black guys who, prior to their incarceration, worked in the coal region. Sex with miners would be karma.

Weiner never went to law school. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Plattsburgh, and then went to work for Chucky Schmucky Schumer. When Schumer left his seat in the House to run and win a Senate seat, Wiener was elected to Schumer’s House seat.
