Girls also need to understand that if they are substantially drinking, that it is *intentionally* losing control of the situation. That doesn’t mean morally that others should take advantage of the drunk, but it is also true that putting yourself in a situation and then removing your brain from it is extremely unwise if you don’t have a goal there, and devious if you do.
If the boy is substantially drinking too, he is not in control either. He would not be soberly and coldly taking advantage of a drunk girl.
Maybe everyone should stop (1) getting blotto drunk or high and (2) fornicating, whether drunk or sober.
Exactly. Like walking down a dark alley at 1AM with money sticking out of your pockets. Someone doing such does not deserve to be robbed, but it is very likely to occur.

If I intentionally drink and then chose, while drunk, to drive a car then I am 100% liable for those actions regardless of how the person I hit was driving. I can’t go back and say that I did not MEAN to chose to drive. No no, I did not CONSENT to getting behind the wheel.... riiiight.
