Holly Howe, 45, told him about a young patient who recently came into the emergency room where she works as a nurse. The woman had been found outside her apartment door, wearing a dress but no underwear, recalling nothing from the night. Hours later, after sobering up, “she looks at me and she goes, I think something happened,” Holly Howe recalled to her son and husband, Gerred Howe, at the dinner table.

But only in a way that disadvantages men and can be used in identity politics to gain power for the Left.

In the long run, Judge Kavanaugh will sit on America's Supreme Court, where he will mete out justice in accordance with his strong and enduring understanding of the Constitution of the United States of America, as written and interpreted in THE FEDERALIST and the voluminous writings, speeches and records of the Constitutional Convention and subsequent writings in accordance with that Constitution.
The result: the very people who have opposed, condemned, persecuted and vilified Judge Kavanaugh will find their own lives, and those of their families, enriched and protected by future opinions and judgments of this good man!
What happens if the boy regrets it in the morning? What if both of them do?
What if it’s two girls, or two boys, and one of them regrets it? Or a boy and two girls, and one girl regrets but the other approves? This new morality lacks consistency.

If the boy is substantially drinking too, he is not in control either. He would not be soberly and coldly taking advantage of a drunk girl.
Maybe everyone should stop (1) getting blotto drunk or high and (2) fornicating, whether drunk or sober.

If both parties are drinking and the female is so drunk she can retroactively revoke consent, the male, no matter how drunk must always be held responsible?
