Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz believes the allegations against Brett Kavanaugh by Julie Swetnick provide an “educational moment” in dealing with women who falsely accuse men of sexual misconduct.
Dershhowitz joined other panelists on Fox News’ “Hannity” on Tuesday discussing the questionable interview of the Supreme Court nominee’s third accuser.
Swetnick’s NBC interview which aired Monday was filled with accounts that appeared to differ from the sworn testimony she had already provided claiming Kavanaugh had attended parties in high school which were known to have gang rapes of women.
Every one of Swetnick’s claims should be investigated by the FBI for possible perjury, Dershowitz argued, since she appeared in the interview to walk back her sworn statements.

I’ve seen the suggestion that someone convicted of making false sexual assault/rape charges be sentenced to the same sentence the falsely accused person either received or would have received. Those sentences are stiff - this would go a long way to stopping such destructive charges that destroy people’s lives.
In my state, here are the penalties:
Penalties You Could Face for a Sexual Assault and Battery Conviction
The sentence you could face will depend on whether you are convicted of or plead guilty to a misdemeanor or felony charge. You could face the following sentences:
Attempted Sexual Battery and Simple Sexual Battery. This is punishable by up to one year in jail and a fine of $2,500.
Aggravated Sexual Battery. You could be sentenced to prison for up to 20 years and have a fine of up to $100,000.
Sexual Battery When Infected. This carries a sentence from one to five years in prison and a maximum fine of $2,500.
Attempted Sexual Battery. The sentence would be no different that if you were convicted of simple sexual battery.
Rape. You could be sentenced to a long prison sentence of between five years and life in prison.

He's been tearing it up again, I was starting to wonder if he'd been threatened into silence, or realized he's a Demwit himself and so are every last one of his neighbors.
At the very least Christine Ford deserves a cream pie in the face from Kavanaugh’s daughters.
This has got to be done. I think one of the reasons that Flakey Ford’s ex-“boyfirend” came forward is that he was worried about false charges and she was clearly a nutcase who might do anything, including turn on him.
Dershowitz is a Truman/JFK era Democrat.
My grandfather explained how whilst he disliked the politics of both he respected both as patriots who served their countries with distinction. Both would be horrified by the treasonous cesspit of Marxism that is the modern day democrats,
