West Virginia residents pressed Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin this weekend about whether he would vote in favor of Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
At the West Virginia Pumpkin Festival parade in Milton on Sunday, the senator marched alongside voters who asked him one after the other if he planned on voting or urged him to vote for Kavanaugh.
Manchin would only say that he would have a final answer to those questions by the end of the week. One parade-goer continually shouted Kavanaugh’s name, and Manchin would only say, “Thank you.”
Another yelled out, “Vote Kavanaugh!” and Manchin responded, “I hear you.”
One woman asked Manchin, “Are you going to vote for the judge?” Manchin only told her to wait until Friday for that answer.
Another voter told Manchin, “If you don’t vote for him, I won’t vote for you.” Manchin said, “I get that a lot.”

He’ll vote to confirm unless he would be the 50th vote then he may take the payout from the Dems...
His vote to confirm will allow one of the gop FLAKES to vote no.
This is not the behavior of a man who thinks he is going to win.
I would like to see McConnell call for a roll call vote and have the clerk call the names of the dems in tight elections first. Make them commit to a yes or no before proceeding. The way they play with their votes to help them look more moderate to voters ahead of a tight election is appauling. What does it say about honesty and character. Not sure if there is a rule preventing McConnell from doing it but since when do rules matter when democrats pull their dirty tricks. But I also doubt McConnell is smart enought to think of it anyway.
3-5 Dems are going to vote for Kavanaugh.
That’s why Mitch is holding the final vote this week. He’s got the votes.
Of all the red state Dems he’s the only one who might survive.... but if he corners NO he’s done and he knows it.
In the end Flake will go along with the majority. Manchin and Donnelly are “yes” votes so Flake can shove his threat were the sun dont shine.
Reminds me ... SFB Manchin needs to hear from me again ...

WVA is conservative. Its heavily Red and if Manchin votes “no” he’s toast.
They have the votes. The dirtbag Flake will do as he’s told. You don’t cross Mitch.
He better vote yes not to save his seat but his standing in his home state.
Anyway vote him out.
I hope so. Manchin has been deceiving the people in his state for a long time.
Manchin, Donnelly And Heitcamp are under a lot of pressure. Dems from states Trump won.
I have no idea how West Virginia voters will vote for President Trump by 42 points but will vote for Manchin as well.
