FBI needs to assess the Credibility of Christine Blasey Ford’s Assertions and Motivation

It is time for the FBI to assess the Credibility of Christine Blasey Ford’s Assertions and Motivation.

Senator Blumenthal has reminded us that, “Falsus in Uno, Falsus in Omnibus” (a witness who testifies falsely about one matter is not credible to testify about any matter) must be considered in assessing a witness’s testimony in a search for the truth. Unfortunately, it is not be politically correct for the Republicans, Judge Kavanaugh (who does not wish Ford any “ill-will”), or our news media to question Mrs. Ford’s credibility. However, it is possible for the FBI or DOJ to investigate false statements made to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

The implications of a serious charge of sexual assault go beyond this one Supreme Court Nominee; Beyond, the destruction of Judge Kavanaugh’s life and honor; Beyond, Roe v. Wade; & Beyond, Mrs. Ford’s need for retribution. It will be the standard of how the future of men will be judged in courts, business, school, work and life. Will it be by the new #metoo standard of uncorroborated accusations and political motivations; or, by due process and a search for the truth? (If you don’t believe me, watch Chris Wallace’s interview of National Woman’s Law Center on Fox News Sunday, Sept. 30th)

I do not intend for this to turn into a James Carville freak show (19th hole accusations by Joe Digenova), but it is time that we Freepers use this platform & work together to compile a list of false or contradictory statements by Christine Blasey Ford to assess her credibility.

After completion, we must forward this to anyone that can get this in front of a Senator and /or DOJ/FBI or even, a media advocate or surrogate that can take the proper actions:

1. Claustrophobia due to the Kavanaugh Assault (36 yrs ago!):
   1. Prevented her from flying to testify
   2. Frequent Airplane Trips
2. Second Front Door
   1. The date of installation; there is evidence that the door was installed in 2008 & Google maps & pictures that show a front door in prior to her recalling her repressed memory during marriage counseling in 2012.

   2. Does you home have any side doors, or a back door? (As required by code)
   3. Was the primary purpose used to sublet an apartment to Google Interns? Did your renovations include a 2nd bath/shower for the apartment? Did you receive any income from any of the 19 people listed to receive mail from your address? Did you declare that income on your taxes?
   4. Was her therapist 2nd place of business the need for her 2nd front door & her business address listed there.
   5. Was the memory of her encounter with Bret Kavanaugh a result of recessed memory by her therapist?
      1. Will you release your therapist notes?
   6. Were you residing near the east coast while your lawyers informed the Senate Staffers you were unable to fly for an interview?
      a. You stated you were unaware of the offer of Senate Staffer's to fly out to Calif. To interview you? Did you watch or read any news on the weekend prior to your testimony.
3. Was your internet social activity deleted by you, or by your direction? Was it saved?
   1. Why did you think it was necessary to delete your internet social footprint?
4. Did you ever use Whatsapp to send encrypted messages prior to your interactions with Democratic Operatives, Democrat Attorneys and the Media?
5. Her Lawyers have some explaining to do (no attorney-client privilege for a crime). A la Michael Cohen (Office & Home Raid.);
6. Subpoena her & lawyers emails/text/phone records; &
7. Subpoena the therapists records.
8. Have you ever made a charge that someone else may have assaulted you?
9. Have you ever been on or now taking any medications? Or diagnosed with a mental illness or condition?
10. Did you read the Mark Judge Book? When?
11. Etc. etc.

Lots of questions not asked:
Did you have a purse with you?
Did you take it upstairs?
Did you take it when you left the bedroom? I though you were In a hurry?
Did you have to step over them to exit the room?
If you left it behind in your haste to flee was it ever returned?
How long were you at the party?
How long before the assault happened?
What was the duration of the assault?
Were you at that house before or after.
Who’s house was it
Do you always go to house where you do not know who lives there.
Who did you go to the party with
If you went alone did you always at age 15 go to strangers houses alone
Why was there music playing in a unoccupied bedroom?
Who do you think was listening to the music.
You were pushed from behind did that propel you forward?
You said you were pushed at the top of the stairs if you were propelled forward was the bedroom directly in front of you at the top of the stairs?
If so why did you say the bathroom was opposite the bedroom if the stairs were there #146;t?
If you were walking down the hall and a drunk pushed you from behind would you not just go further down the hall? But you said at the top o& the stairs and on other testimony you said on the narrow stairs.
If you were pushed on the stairs why did you not just fall into the stairs?
How hard were you pushed.
When they left you said they banged into the wall on the way down?
Did they follow you up the stairs or were they lurking upstairs.
If they were in the bathroom why did you no t hear the stumbling drunks?
If they followed you up they stairs were they not stumbling drunk and noisy?
Was the bedroom on the left or right or straight ahead?

Probing for detains will trip her up. This story was conveniently constructed of few details so she would not get tripped up on cross examination but she used enough rope that a few hours of cross examination would trip her up for sure?

When Blumenthal asked Kavenaugh if he knew the meaning of Falsus in Uno, Falsus in Omnibus, the response should have been "My high school Latin is a little rusty, senator, but doesn't it have something to do with claiming you served in Vietnam when you didn't?"

And they should. I don’t disagree with that at all. But those investigations into false statements as well as those involved with creating this mess (from the ‘legal team’ to DiFi) should not be a part of the investigation into her allegations. He needs to be cleared of this cloud

Leftists are untouchable to the FBI. They don’t investigate family, as shown by the royal treatment of hillary. They will only be searching for dirt on

All these points are very valid and others have asked a number of other questions that question her story.

How come some people on the internet in a few days are finding very credible holes in her story and the GOP had 2 weeks and found none of this to question her on, except her lie about fear of flying.

Someone couldn’t have looked at the building permits, found the 19 names receiving mail at the address?

Who made the decision to let her accuse Kavanaugh with a pack of lies and then not attack her story, provide a defense for BK? They had 55 minutes, an experienced defense lawyer would have torn her story to shreds.

Many people live in the past. The present situation can be so foreign to what has been the status quo for so long, that their minds keep rebooting to old standards. While the right may be trying to mantain standards of decency and civility, the left is no longer able to live within those boundaries.

Why didn’t she get legal advice on this matter from her 2 lawyer brothers? Surely, they could have at the very least helped her contact her congresscritter and POTUS. Why did she have to go with Fineswine’s hand picked Clinton legal team?

I was posting via my phone when I answered your previous question about whether the Safeway was in Judge’s book so I couldn’t expand much on it. If you haven’t read Margo Cleveland’s twitter feed rollouts, you should. I’ll put the links at the bottom. Here is what she says about the Safeway:

5/ And two things bothered me about Ford’s testimony (well more than two but two things the connect up to this point). Ford DWELLED on the Safeway connection and Mark Ford. So much so that she raised it in a portion that made no sense and was forced. She was asked if her note

6/ to Feinstein was accurate & corrected two things and then said oh, but look, I ran into Mark Judge at Safeway about 6 - 8 weeks AFTER attack and you can look at when he worked there to narrow down the date of the attack. Now that made no sense to me. Had a couple threads on

7/ that earlier. HOW would that narrow it down. She KNEW (supposedly) it was in summer of 82 and Mark Judge would have presumably worked at the store for some time so how would you know which day she ran into him. And then 6 - 8 weeks back? Come on, that doesn’t help AT. ALL.

9/ not once as a way to figure out the date BUT 5 TIMES! And 2 Dems picked up on her point too. WHY? Not too narrow the time frame down—wouldn’t really do that. BUT to seem to corroborate her testimony that the attack happened in 1982 when she was 15, by 1 boy & 1 bystander.

10/ AND not in the mid-80s when she was in her late teens by 4 boys as the actual therapist’s records say! And how would Ford know that tying Mark Judge to working at the grocery store would set time in summer of 1982?

11/ His book said so! So now everyone is focused on Safeway and when Mark Judge worked there. And when it comes back 3 weeks in July or August of 1982, everyone will be walking 6-8 weeks backwards from there and ignoring conflict in therapist’s records. Don’t believe me? Look

12/ how Ford’s Safeway testimony has been reported: Judge’s book validates Ford’s timeline! BUT Ford’s attorneys refused to turn over therapist’s records which record what Ford told therapist and that was attack in mid-80s when in her late teens & 4 boys!

13/ And that timeline makes more sense with what Ford said in her testimony: That the worst part was the first 4 years after the attack. And what did she mention then? Her time at college! NOT her junior and senior years in high school!! Which brings me to the second point

14/ that connects up and that bothered me. Ford had gone to her therapist’s office to get copies of her records BEFORE contacting the Washington Post to see if what she said was recorded in there. But Ford said she was only concerned re Kavanaugh in early July & texted Washing.

15/ post on July 6 when she PHYSICALLY had copies of her records after going to office to get. Why? To see what the records said! But what else is in the records, we don’t know. What we do know that is in there is much different than her current claim. Records say: late teen

16/ by 4 boys. Ford says: 15 by 1 boy & 1 bystander. Apparently, that’s close enough for government work, when you’re a Democrat! But no one is really focusing on this disparate but instead asking if Safeway had one or two doors in 1982! (It had 2-I’ve confirmed w/ sources).

17/ Ford’s been Gaslighting America! “Oh, look Safeway, Mark Judge worked there in 1982 and that was 6 - 8 weeks after Kavanaugh attempted to rape me...” And the hounds are chasing the red herring and accepting as fact that attack she spoke of in therapy occurred in 1982 even

18/ though the therapist’s notes do NOT support her claim. FBI needs to find out when Ford picked up docs at therapists and then GET. THE. DAMN. THERAPIST’S. RECORDS. END.
