So the Catholic Church DOES care about sexual assault...but just the made-up kind.
I, too, am a product of the Jesuits. But I am even more committed to the Church than I was back then. The education was first-rate, but the example was even more convincing. The soldierly values of Ignatius were taught every day through the example of the many Jesuit teachers and administrators. But that was in the 50s, before the cultural decay of the 60s. The values of a Jesuit education are no longer considered valid, and many have turned into fools.
They need to evaluate themselves and quit worrying about Kavanaugh, as I for one find the majority of accusations against them are credible. So if that is the case you have no moral authority to provide your self-righteous indignation upon others. Clean your room before you tell others to do that.
This whole charade is another attack on Catholicism. With the Jesuit and the Pope betraying us, there is little hope. Te Jesuits have been expelled from many countries. Will the US be next?
Bonus question: when is it wrong for two gay men to indulge in sex?
Answer: when one is a Catholic priest.

Also went to a Jesuit school. Hardly saw any except during functions.
Their philosophy is supposedly to search for the truth. It looks like now they stand for expediency.
I was surprised at the time they tolerate an agnostic like I was but I have to say my experience with them was no small part of why I was saved years later. My background is Protestant so I returned to it.
Renegade Jesuits in elected office (e. g. Moonbeam Brown) are just as bad as renegade LDS (Flakey Flake, Dingy Harry, etc. ).

WRONG! Every leftist/socialist/communist/anarchist on the planet is now listening to the Jesuits. Having spent my life in the RCC, and having studied for three years at a prestigious Jesuit institution, I can assure you that they are a diabolical clan of Jesus haters. I would not trust any one of them to walk my dog.
