Ford will delay because of her “fear of flying.” Judge won’t want to speak with them, for fear of “lying to the FBI” traps about misstatements on how many carts he collected at Safeway. this will take MONTHS. And then when the Dems take the Senate, Brett’s nomination will never be acted upon again. 4-4 SCOTUS until 2021.

They can do it in about 24 hours.
Betty Ford, Brett Kavanaugh, and every "witness" named by Betty Ford have all submitted sworn testimony -- so they don't even have to be interviewed by the FBI.
The only "evidence" still out there is Betty Ford's therapist's notes -- which her lawyers already said they would not turn over.
Rush just nailed it. The purpose of the delay is together another delay and another and another until Kav or the President withdraw his name. Anything to delay the vote.
The FBI can and likely will report that there is nothing to investigate.
