Julie Swetnick, the third woman to accuse Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, was accused of domestic violence by a former boyfriend in 2001, according to Florida court records.
Swetnicks former boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, told Politico they dated for four years before breaking up, at which point Swetnick threatened violence against him and his family. The restraining order, filed in Miami-Dade, Fla. on March 1, 2001, was dismissed thirteen days later.
Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time, Vinneccy said. I know a lot about her.
Shes not credible at all, he said, referencing Swetnicks Wednesday allegation that Kavanaugh waspresent when she was gang raped in high school. Not at all.
Swetnicks attorney, Michael Avenatti, said he had not heard of the domestic violence allegations.

Ok, that could be it.
yeah, we do not know, yet, how much time passed between the break-up and his marriage to his wife. This is from the Politico:
“According to Vinneccy, Swetnick threatened him after they broke up and even after he got married to his current wife and had a child.”
Kind of wondering that myself.
Avenatti is oblivious to many things. He owes millions to former business partners and the IRS.
The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday that Swetnick had a dispute with her former employer, New York Life Insurance Co., over a sexual-harassment complaint she filed. The attorney representing her in that case, which resulted in a financial settlement, according to the Journal, was the firm run by Debra Katz, the attorney representing Christine Blasey Ford, Kavanaugh’s first accuser, who is scheduled to testify Thursday before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

That’s how liberals roll.
Shades of “Fatal Attraction.” The porn lawyer is not the only creepy character in this charade .
Restraining orders against specific protesters seems warranted. And have lasting impact more that a dismissed charge.
“Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,
The use of ‘Right after’ would indicate a time period of less than nine months.
Or he was dating her and his future wife, the future wife got pregnant, he dumped the gf and she went batshit.
you seem to be missing a point
Possibly. This is from the Politico version of the story:
“According to Vinneccy, Swetnick threatened him after they broke up and even after he got married to his current wife and had a child.”
She’s a gutter whore Jim
Yes. It says, “Call me tomorrow or I will slash your tires and light your cat’s tail on fire.”
psycho chick. Hot in bed, but not worth the headaches.
A real bunny boiler/
Wish I could read the number. I don’t have a cat so I’m good to go! :)
It’s late in the season but I’ve been trying to get the rabbits out of my garden all summer long.
