The onetime girlfriend of Mark Judge, who is alleged by Christine Blasey Ford to have been present while Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her in the 1980s, has emerged as a pivotal if hidden figure in this whole affair and now shes prepared to speak to the FBI and the Judiciary Committee about what she knows, according to a letter from her lawyer that Ive obtained.
Judges college girlfriend, Elizabeth Rasor, is represented by lawyer Roberta Kaplan, who sent a letter to the Judiciary Committee today. The letter, which was provided to me by a senior Senate Democratic aide on the committee, says that Rasor would welcome the opportunity to speak to agents of the FBI as part of a reopened background investigation into Kavanaughs conduct.

Wrong time, wrong place, and too late. Time is up. Vote yes on confirmation.

Ford said she wasn’t drunk. Must have been someone else.

Wow. Mark Judge should not be on the Supreme Court.
Ipso facto...
Everything is geared toward opening a multi-year long FBI investigation ... its just too transparent to anyone with eyes.
Who’s being confirmed here? Mark Judge or Brett Kavanaugh?
I don’t want to keep reading for $1 on the WaPo site. What is the gist of the article - good or bad for Kav?
I no longer support Mark Judge’s nomina...never mind.
Just say no to Judge judge
Washington Post - fake news.
How about someone investigate this Rasor woman.
The devious Rat call has gone out and now every kooky, psychotic woman out there is chiming in.
What a disgrace.
Mr. Judge isn’t the nominee.
So the question of Kavanaugh’s judicial qualification has turned into a referendum on the sexual morals of a peripherally related high school classmate??
exactly.
But liberal Democrats don't understand what that means.
Sorry, Ms Rasor, the FBI is NOT reopening an investigation. You may speak to the committee investigators, if you like, but you better hurry.
Kinda gives “here come the judge” a new meaning?
