This one's not looking too good. Sworn affidavit will be hard for Grassley/McConnel to ignore, not to mention Collins, Murkowski, Flake and others.

I agree, this is clearly an embellishment. She attended parties where BK and Judge may have been there. Excessive drinking and flirting probably occurred. All the sexual are fabrications. No-one can be kept off the SCOTUS because they partied hard in college... But make up a sexual assault and you have a chance.

This woman is 2 years older than him and kept going to high school parties after she graduated. She ignored gang rapes and kept going to those parties. Then one day, fully aware of what was going on, she succumbed and was herself raped.
I’m trying to state this in a fair retelling of her story.
