I looked it up - apparently "Public Trust" clearance is simply a designation used with regard to positions where an employee might come across sensitive (but not classified) information - if this woman did IT work, it applies. The basic NACI background check is raised a notch to "moderate" level, which makes a 7-year credit history review mandatory (it's only optional at the basic level). So yes, it's the basic background check for the positions that she held.

Yes but I needed the mouse to draw a rectangle around what I was taking a screenshot of. Either that or screenshot the whole browser window, save to my pc, crop it down and then upload it. My screenshot tool will upload to imgur automatically upon taking the shot so I prefer to just draw the rectangle, wait for the tab to open to imgur and copy the url. Way faster. I got the first one good so I just need more practice snagging from twatter. Need to draw larger and narrow down so I don’t pass over the image while taking the shot. I was admittedly in a hurry.
