Dem Idea of Justice: Sen. Coons Says Kavanaugh 'Bears Burden of Disproving' Allegations
NewsBusters ^ | Mark Finkelstein

In the Democratic kangaroo court, the burden of proof is on the accused -- when he's a Republican.

On today's MTP Daily, Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.) proclaimed "I believe Dr. Ford and Deborah Ramirez," despite the lack of corroborating witnesses. They don't have to prove these allegations, the senator said:

"It is Judge Kavanaugh who is seeking a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court, and who I think now bears the burden of disproving these allegations, rather than Dr. Ford and Ms. Ramirez."

And this butt hole calls himself a senator.

Sorry, butt head, that’s not the way it works.

This is how Kavanaugh should answer Coons:

“We are, should we be where we were. I’m not grateful, though, I was where we were not when we were not where we are when we were there though. I’m not sure we should be where we’re there where we are when we are where we are grateful we are not when we are, were we? I’m not where I was where we were not grateful were we are, we was.”

Why not put him in a fire? If he burns, he’s innocent. Or tie some boulders on him and throw him in a lake. If he sinks, he’s innocent.

This approach was used in the Salem witch trials.

We'll hold you under water. If you drown, that will prove you are not a witch, because a witch would be able to keep from drowning. Innocent but dead.

And if you don't drown, then we know you are a witch and we will burn you at the stake. Guilty and dead.

To the democRATS, Kavanaugh is already guilty based on the seriousness of the allegations.

Now Coons thinks it is Kavanaugh's responsibility to prove them wrong. WTF?

The old "Heads I win. Tails you lose" scheme.

To the best of my knowledge, there are a couple of rules that say....1. Senators take an oath to uphold the Constitution....2. The plaintiff has the burden of proof. Can anyone say otherwise? What am I missing here?

Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.) must think we live in some South American hellhole... No Mr. Coons - it’s innocent until proven guilty.

We all need to shout this far and wide. Stalinism, a Kangeroo court is exactly what this is. A show trial in the duplicitous media.

I heard that Sen. Coons molested a young neighbor when he was 9 years old. Let him prove he didn’t.

This sick son of a bitch is so personally repulsive even Stormy Daniels won’t go down on him or even get near him.

Thanks First State, Delaware. You are now the “First State of Insane Senators”. That is not one award I would brag about, losers.

He would use the time to figure out a way to further pervert the process.
