In the Democratic kangaroo court, the burden of proof is on the accused -- when he's a Republican.
On today's MTP Daily, Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.) proclaimed "I believe Dr. Ford and Deborah Ramirez," despite the lack of corroborating witnesses. They don't have to prove these allegations, the senator said:
"It is Judge Kavanaugh who is seeking a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court, and who I think now bears the burden of disproving these allegations, rather than Dr. Ford and Ms. Ramirez."

"You have been accused of practicing witchcraft, you must prove your innocence, we will throw you off a bridge and if you drown, you have proved your innocence."
What a repugnant klock klucker. Another opening for Redumblicans for the midterms. these POS Democrats from Red States can’t even go on record for a fair unbiased hearing. None of them are saying a peep as jackasses like Coons, Gillibrand, and that repugnant Hawaiian slob run their mouths. They along with the rest of the Marxists Rats are having their way in the media. One way or another the whole Democratic party are nothing but tyrants whether through deeds or silence.
If Senators don’t believe in the rule of law under the constitution of the United States then shouldn’t they be impeached?
Mark Levin said he looked like a pervert tonight...
Ei incumbit probatio qui dicit, non qui negat
Coons is an ass for saying that the current nominee for the Supreme Court should have to ven think about having the burden of proof. His pal Carper, the incumbent Senator, will do well to keep his mouth shut and just vote for Kavenaugh.
That’s not totally true. Think of Senator Bill Roth and Governor Pete du Pont. But lately, the Republicans cannot even seem to find a back pocket with either hand. Hope that’s not true for Rob Arlett running for the Senate.
Thanks governsleastgovernsbest. That's the standard we'll use when we put Coons on trial, and yeah, eventually, we will be doing that.
He went to Yale Divinity and Law School, and is 55 years old. That means that he was probably at the school at the same time as Kavanaugh.
Dem Idea of Justice: Sen. Coons Says Kavanaugh ‘Bears Burden of Disproving’ Allegations.
Coons is a complete blithering IDIOT, just like his mentor, GROPING JOE BIDEN.
White Men Are Bad, this I know, for celebrities tell me so.
“..bears the burden of disproving these allegations, ...”
Obviously, Coons missed that high school civics course. I wonder what else he missed??
Yale Law is sure turning out nincompoops who know nothing about the law or the US Constitution.
That should be his opponent’s slogan next time he’s up for election.
Coons went on to say, "All he needs to do is produce videotape of his every waking and sleeping moment. I mean, they had VHS tapes back then, right? How hard would it be to record himself? WHAT IS HE HIDING?"
This guy is amazing!
Those words should scare everyone....especially every male and every mother of a son. That clip should follow him everywhere and be used in every ad against him.
“All he needs to do is produce videotape of his every waking and sleeping moment...”
And the headline will be “Kavanaugh’s Teen Bedroom Tapes Discovered!!”
