The daughter of former President Ronald Regan and First Lady Nancy Davis has come out swinging in defense of Christine Blasey Ford, the woman accusing Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault.
In a bombshell op-ed for the Washington Post, Patti Davis detailed her own experience with sexual assault, claiming she had been raped by a music executive nearly 40 years ago.
Davis was joined with other high-profile figures, such as Alyssa Milano and Ashley Judd, and journalist Thomas Roberts, in sharing their stories of abuse and explaining why they did not report them or come forward at the time.

A lot of women were sexually assaulted. While it’s sad and harsh and not very pleasant to think about, this high percentage being true doesn’t affect any one particular case’s verity.

The woman did not claim rape.
No matter what happened to Patti, this isn’t about Patti. It’s about another woman and whether she is telling accurate statements of fact.
She may think she is, if a shrink yanked these so-called memories out of her psyche.
A man’s reputation and ability to attain a high position he worked his whole life for, is on the line here.
Note how the Left wants a break for every person in prison. When it comes to Conservatives, they deserve no such break.

Once you decide not to come forward in a reasonable amount of time it’s done, a couple months at the most.
You could confront the person personally if you know them after that but when there is no evidence or witnesses and time to establish alibis is passed it’s wrong to look for your moment in the sun.
