Not sure she is fragile. She sounds rather high maintenance to me.
FYI— I don’t like to travel on airplanes either, and my discomfort level had increased with age.
But there is a solution for this— a doctor can prescribe an anti anxiety drug for the condition.
Surely a trained psychologist knows this.
From the standpoint of her safety, it seems like flying would be a lot better than driving across the country. Especially if she is complaining about death threats since everyone in the country has seen her face on the news by now.
