Nellie Ohr, the wife of Justice Department official Bruce Ohr, is refusing to appear before Congress for a closed-door hearing that was scheduled to take place this Friday, sources tell The Daily Caller News Foundation.
Ohr, who worked for Fusion GPS, the firm behind the Steele dossier, was scheduled to appear for interviews during a joint session with the House Judiciary and House Oversight & Government Reform committees. But two congressional sources said that she is not cooperating with the requests and will have to be subpoenaed to compel her appearance.

Exactly! Congress did this to itself by not exercising their Constitutional powers. If they think the DOJ is going to prosecute they are smoking wacky backy.
Question: what happens if by some miracle a federal prosecutor indicts Ohr or any of the other 2016 coup plotters and begins to prosecute and the Deep State simply refuses to comply with the court and prosecutors subpoenas? If they ignore Congress and the President why should they comply with the judicial branch there has yet to be any consequences from the other two branches of government?
Anyone who voluntarily appears before a Congressional Committee, under oath, is stupid and reckless.
