In the video, Totsy Bailey, Local 439 Steamfitters/Pipefitters Union president, can be heard saying, "Vote early, vote often, whatever you can get away with... I shouldn't say that, but, I don't care."

When reached for comment, Bailey said he didn't have a comment about his words and hung up the phone abruptly.

The video shows Bailey introducing a speaker at the Labor Rally in Caseyville.

I live in Illinois and I'll tell you flat-out that the Dem's don't need to cheat here to defeat Governor Rauner. Rauner is so unpopular that his opponent, Progressive Liberal JB Pritzker is ahead by 15-20 points in nearly every poll.

At our monthly Republican meeting we had poll watchers for gov. Scott telling us in Broward county alone every type of voter fraud imaginable is being employed. They bring busses of people from the insane asylums to vote,in dem controlled areas,which is all of Broward county, they huddle in back rooms and fill out ballots for dems,they stay open longer, same person votes multiple times,illegals all over the place, you name it they are doing it.
Poll watcher and teams of lawyers are all that stands in their way.

Voting Chicago Style is well known as, Vote early, Vote often. It does bother me though that the dead vote numerous times every election.

The entire vote from Broward County in Florida should be excluded from the statewide election totals. "Elections" there are a complete fraud and the County government has passed the point of no return in supporting that fraud. They just make up ballots to elect the candidates preferred by the Democrat party leaders. And no one stops them. It does not appear than they can be stopped.

The same could be said about Cook County in Illinois, and Los Angles County in California.

Yes, this is the progression that leads to Civil War.
