Note his bike was stolen,interesting but not surprising that the Traffic Warden in question was a 21 year old rookie.
Who just happened to be the guy these thugs decided to beat up,he was also unarmed at the time of the assault.
I hope these people are caught.

when they find the perps, charge them with attempted murder. Brutal attacks to the head of a person (the most human part of the body and the most vulnerable) is a strong indicator of homicidal hatred. People capable of homicidal hatred belong in a cage or at the gallows.
