House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes said Sunday that he plans to release transcripts of interviews with around 70 witnesses in the Trump-Russia probe within the next few weeks.
We believe that the depositions that we took, I think for nearly about 70 people those need to be published, and they need to be published I think before the election, Nunes said in an interview on Fox News Sunday Morning Futures. By published I mean put out for the American people to review, so that they can see the work that we did and they can see all of the people that were interviewed by us, and there are answers to those questions. I think full transparency is in order here so I expect to make those available from our committee to the American public here in the next few weeks, continued Nunes.

Get those out first!
Nunes would not be releasing all the evidence if anybody was going to be prosecuted for these crimes.
Release them in batches, not all at once.
Rats scatter and panic.
Don’t say you’re going to make them available in “the next few weeks.” Don’t talk about it....just do it, without advance notice, and don’t wait!
here is a general principle. Trump and sessions will never prosecute a democrat. You may know why, I certainly don’t. But they sit and watch mueller prosecute republicans for bull pucker. 18 months ago they had enough in the Comey report to indict her and they did nothing, have done nothing, and will do nothing.

good interview on China, trade, but for the transcripts, - jump to 4:29

Not exactly. Trump and Sessions can’t prosecute any Democrats without the support of their own party. And of course they don’t have that. It’s that simple.
I take an opposite view of this. The committee has no ability to prosecute. If the documents were given only to the DOJ then they would sink into the swamp. The transcripts should be as widely distributed as possible. I’m just sayin’.
“next few weeks”
I guess that could be before or after the mid-terms.
Have the Democrats filed their motion yet to prevent release? If not, what’s taking them so long? It has to be sitting in a desk drawer ready to go. I’m sure a friendly judge sympathetic to blocking release will be found in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
I agree! There is currently no other way to getting redress other then the “Court of Public Opinion”. We haven’t had a function DOJ for 10 years now.
Exactly. Q-wing and a miss.
BTTT!
How about the transcripts of Trump colluding with the Russians?
While I agree that we don't have a functioning DOJ, I d think it would be possible for Congress to release evidence and for the DOJ to prosecute.
