They used a computer model. Trump used a lot of different databases from variuos hospitals, EMS units,and reports from people concerning family members and missing neighbors.
Trump has the names of the deceased, the computer does not. The computer has just a number that is way off.
That little island is full of communist. We want names of the 3000 that died, age and cause. It’s all a lie, par for the course with the democrat party.
The people in FL. that are of Puerto Rico decent have family in Puerto Rico who will know AND relay the truth to them!!! I am not sure since I don’t live in FL. if the Puerto Rican population are Dems or PUBBIES, I know the folks that are of Cuban decent are definitely PUBBIES but if the Puerto Rican’s are Dems they won’t vote pubbie regardless of the death toll in Puerto Rico!!!

Actually, that number wouldn’t surprise me. The island had no electricity for months. Given the knowledge that a similar situation in the entire USA, due to an EMP or a large solar flare, could conceivably kill off 9/10 of the pouplation, through riots, famine, starvation, disease, dehydration, etc., what makes you think that it couldn’t be that high for any reason?
Don’t forget the incompetence of the local governments and possibly FEMA, resulting in such things as all that bottled water just sitting there in a field unused. Not to mention unionized transporters wanting a “piece of the action” before being willing to go about the business of saving lives.
Admittedly, the USA blackout scenario was presumed to last a year or more.
I bet the Dems find a way to still get all 3000 to vote.
That’s been my point. Let’s not confuse as a result to killed directly. The study took the normal deaths for a period of time in the months after Hurricane and found three thousand more than if no Hurricane.
It’s never been done like that. Trump then should demand the body count at Twin Towers be revised with those who inhaled that garbage air. Run the same model on Super Storm Sandy etc etc...There has been immense suffering in the historic Hurricane Maria, so much so hundreds of thousands forced to leave...The left doesn’t care about number, they just want the President arguing over body counts....good politics for them.

A friend of my high school sons is from Puerto Rico here in Nashville area and is like a member of the family
He’s traveled with us to LSU games and Santa Fe and the San Juan’s and Wyoming and Montana and New Orleans and the beaches of south Walton county
And he loves Trump
