They can give you names. They took six month averages of deaths in PR and then compared that to rage six months after the hurricane and then said that since the number was 3000 higher it must be due to hurricane. Normally we consider deaths related to hurricanes to be drownings, trees falling on people, electrocution due to downed lines,...... we don’t include deaths like old age within six months. It is all bs.
