I find it that good bit peculiar that the media will run with this 3000 number, but downplay or ignore the millions who die worldwide after strict gun control is implemented.
That's not correct. The deaths were lower in the 6 montths (2017-2018) following the hurricane than the same 6 month periods in previous years. But they estimated the number of people that left the island folowing the hurricane (around 250k), and then bumped the death number propoertionally higher.

That 3000 number are the people no longer alive in PR due to the storm.
I was in a restaurant the other day and they didn’t give me a straw. I asked for one and calmly told the waitress that the whole straw thing was a total scam and to tell her manager to do some actual research.
