The State Board of Education in Texas voted on Friday to eliminate several historical figures, including Hillary Clinton and Helen Keller, from the state’s social studies curriculum.
Barbara Cargill, a Texas Republican and member of the board, told The Dallas Morning News that "the recommendation to eliminate Helen Keller and Hillary Clinton was made by [Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills] work groups.”
“However the board did vote to agree with the work groups' recommendations,” Cargill pointed out. "In speaking to teachers and testifiers, they did not mention these specific deletions."

what nobody remembers, is that Helen Keller was a raving left-wing, flagburning Socialist. Read her writings, and it sounds more like some crap you'd hear from Cuba or Red China.

If Helen Keller had been somehow not aborted and actually born in China, she’d have died a crib death upon finding out she was dead and blind.
Yes. Helen Keller’s achievements were remarkable. But can you imagine a person easier to indoctrinate? Blind and deaf she could not easily seek out alternate sources of information. She absorbed what was fed to her. If her handlers wanted to explain what a genius Karl Marx was, and how evil Capitalism was, of course she believed them. Why wouldn’t she?
They just exploited her.
