The Constitution does not grant to a single district judge the power to veto executive branch actions with respect to parties not before the court. Nor does it provide the judiciary with authority to conduct oversight of or review policy of the executive branch. Fine. Just ignore them. How are they going to enforce their unconstitutional injunctions?

Why the held didn’t he do this the day after the elections in Nov. 2016? He gave the Left/Democrats almost 18 months of hardly challenged lawsuits and victories.
He can’t be the Attorney General and Rip Van Winkle at the same time. The AG is a 24/7 chief law enforcement officer of the US. He can’t be AWOL for a moment. He can’t be weak. He can’t give in to the destructive Left.
September 13th is right next to Sept. 11th (9/11 and Benghazi). He’s making this a bad habit of being unprepared and non-reactive until there’s blood on the ground.
