Does the “plan” include his recusal from an unconstitutional and illegal “special counsel” attempt to find a crime? Rosenstein’s days are numbered and he knows it. When he is gone, who will the bastard Mueller report to? All of them will see a day of reckoning, The DOJ and The FBI are in deep trouble, and all they are doing is trying to cover it up.

The Constitution does not grant to a single district judge the power to veto executive branch actions with respect to parties not before the court. Nor does it provide the judiciary with authority to conduct oversight of or review policy of the executive branch. Fine. Just ignore them. How are they going to enforce their unconstitutional injunctions?

Glad the news is finally showing some of what he’s doing....people have jumped to quick regarding Sessions. These things don’t happen overnight when the waters are so muddy and the swamp eaters need to be kept in the dark.
