What kind of judge accepts media "reports" as evidence?....... A FISA judge. You know, those guys we were assured would be the check on abusive invasions of American's privacy rights? Turns out they are rubber stamps. FISA has to go because it's been proven that (1) the investigators are corrupt and will fake probable cause and (2) the FISA courts issuing warrants don't care. The result is that we have a secret police force forming up.
