Former White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman on Monday released new tapes of President Trump in a private meeting talking about former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton's ties to Russia.
Manigault Newman played the audio recording on ABC's "The View," prefacing it by saying it is from an October 2017 meeting with the White House communications and press teams.
"When Donald Trump got bored, which was very often because his attention span was very short, he would sometimes try to figure out what meetings were taking place in the White House and he would crash those meetings," Manigault Newman said. "This was a meeting with the entire communications staff and the press shop. We were meeting to talk about tax reform or his trip to North Korea."
"He came into the meeting, he sat down, and he starts rambling from topic to topic, none of it makes sense," she said. "And this is in October of last year, so this is twelve months after the election, and hes still talking about Hillary Clinton."
In the tape, Trump claims the "real Russia story is Hillary and collusion," a statement that he has made in public multiple times. He alleges the Clinton campaign paid $9 million for an unidentified "phony report."
When White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders says it is "closer to six [million]," Trump says she is wrong, adding the money was "spent through a law firm."
"That way, they can't trace it," he says. "But they traced it. One thing in this business is they trace it."
"The reason a law firm is because this way you dont have to give any papers," he adds. "But they found out, its definitely illegal and its illegal from a campaign standpoint, from a campaign financing standpoint."
At the end of the tape, Trump looks to his staff for affirmation.
"So the whole Russia thing, I think, seems to have turned around. What do you think, Sarah?" he asks.
"Absolutely," Huckabee Sanders can be heard replying.
Manigault Newman said the tape backs up her claims that Trump is mentally unstable.
The former Trump ally and co-star of reality television show "Celebrity Apprentice" has released multiple tapes from her time in the White House. In one tape, chief of staff John Kelly can be heard firing her in the Situation Room; in another, Trump acts surprised to hear that Manigault Newman has been fired.
She has been releasing the tapes as part of a media blitz following the release of her tell-all White House memoir "Unhinged."
"Do you think yall knowingly lied to the American people?" one of the "View" hosts, actress Whoopi Goldberg, asked Manigault Newman on the show.
"Absolutely," Manigault Newman replied. "We would have to go out as the comms team and repeat verbatim what you just heard."
This one has turned into quite the skank!
WHY is this bitch not in handcuffs and behind bars already? I hope after this stunt she gets some new bracelets - this is beyond beyond. I’m gonna burst a blood vessel on this one. Sweet Jesus! Arrest this effing C-word!

1. You can bet those two rehearsed that before the taping.
2. I thought repeating verbatim was a comms team is supposed to do.
Based upon her recent behavior, she seems to be a few fries short of a Happy Meal.
It reveals a boss engaging his staff and talking shop.
She may one day regret doing these recordings..
Wow. Everybody being on message. Never been done before... /s
These ramblings coming from a person whose “BlockBuster” book is number 10,431 on the Amazon.com best seller list. Joy Behar and her girl gang must really be hungry for false gossip from Omarosa. Things must really be bad on “The View”
No, but in today’s leak a second world and since its anti Trump, nobody’s going to do anything. She’s just lucky it’s not something about the clintoons or she would already have vanished.
Exactly.
It cannot be legal to surreptitiously tape-record meetings in the White House for other than official use. That’s almost the very definition of spying.
here’s an excerpt from the scandalous taper of omarosa on the view:
In the tape, Trump claims the “real Russia story is Hillary and collusion,” a statement that he has made in public multiple times. He alleges the Clinton campaign paid $9 million for an unidentified “phony report.”

Gulp. say it isn’t so
when questioned about the validity of this story:
“Absolutely” Manigault Newman replied. “We would have to go out as the comms team and repeat verbatim what you just heard.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXxxxx
this is one way to get the truth out to MSM.
After this, there is no choice but for the Secret Service to arrest Omarosa.
Her husband must like being taped, probably cameras all over the house for the divorce trial.
Yeah, but he said $9 million when it may only be $6 million. Impeach!
That’s asking a lot.
She’s actually severely damaged herself and future job prospects with any kind of loyalty or trust involved. She’s done. Nobody in their right mind would ever trust her with anything again.
She Kaepernick’ed herself.
I sincerely apologize for my mistake, I jokingly misquoted the “Omarosa Book” Slot On the Amazon.com bestseller list. It is not number 10,431...it is “59”...still a failure number!!! LOL!!!
I do believe that unauthorized taping in the White House Situation Room is a violation of Federal law. I wonder why she hasn’t been charged yet?
Washington DC is a single consent area (meaning you can record without the knowledge of the other person) but I cannot see how this could apply to the White House.
because it is fed gov, yes it is.
