Trump is treating his ‘employees’ like you’d get treated in the business world. If you can’t cut it for a commercial company....you get dismissed/fired. In the government, you get a pay raise.

> “Pence: Trump a ‘tough,’ ‘demanding’ president who ‘wants things yesterday’”

Precisely why we elected him.

Being in a hurry to get things done, is one of his talents I voted for. Slow Moe congress takes months to do anything.

The Hill puts this headline up during the time people wonder who wrote the anonymous letter?

Ok

British Commander: “I think I can speak for Fieldmarshal Montgomery, he’d say your asking the impossible of your men.”

Patton: “Of course he would, he’s never realised that’s what we’re in business for.”

Suggests to me that the person who wrote the letter isn’t in the White House at all, but is a reporter who cobbled together all the gossip to create a narrative.

Pence is a good man. We are lucky to have him as VP.

None of these writers accusing Trump of being a meanie has ever worked for a true CEO. As VP Pence says, they are extremely demanding, want things done yesterday, and do not suffer fools and low performers. If you can’t cut it, you are out.

The writers have only experienced conventional mealy mouthed “go along to get along” squishes. They have never experienced true leadership nor leaders who smash the status quo to get things accomplished. Their books and articles expose them as simpletons with no real world knowledge.

Trump insulted Cabinet members and high-ranking national security officials including Attorney General Jeff Sessions, whom Trump reportedly called “mentally retarded.”

I don’t think Trump would be redundant and say Jeff Sessions is Retarded. Since it’s likely he already knows...

“According to Woodward’s “Fear: Trump in the White House,” Trump insulted Cabinet members and high-ranking national security officials including Attorney General Jeff Sessions, whom Trump reportedly called “mentally retarded.””
__________________________________________________________

Are the names, “Woodward”, and “Bernstein”, permanently endowed with reverence and power because of their actions in “Watergate”? I mean, laying a brick, or two, does NOT make you a “bricklayer”.

If those people got their Pampers in a wad because of something Trump said to them, or the way he said it, they need to get out of the business and open a “Rainbow and Unicorn Shop”, in Los Angeles. They’re “snowflakes”.

Before Trump, the government was run like a labor union; one group doing all the work, while the elitist leaders reign in all the money and power. Every little thing is a “grievance” and has to be negotiated.

Trump has brought it back to reality...to a business, like it should be.

Woodward needs to wake his pansy ass up and smell the roses. Journalist are all still wearing short pants and button up shoes, trying to report in what they perceive to be a fairy tale world. Snowflakes.

Most of the media spends all their time analyzing other media. A media “panel discussion” somehow evolves into “breaking news” on the next show.

They don’t report “news” anymore, they just slam lies against a wall to see if something sticks past the current news cycle. Too bad they opted for a life of clean fingernails, yet are stuck with dirty hearts and minds.

The #1 task of the executive is not to coddle the employees. In fact it’s not on the task list at all.
Trump’s own kids are expected to work hard and produce results.
But in government, an employee should not be required to lift anything but his ponderous paycheck?

“It shows a complete misunderstanding of how this White House works

***************

Its not a misunderstanding at all. Its clear bias against Trump. Woodward is a leftist shill who is simply trying to discredit Trump any way he can.

I a perfect example of how Trump works.

The ice arena in Central Park. It was broken and the city spent over 13 years and Millions and NEVER fixed it! Trump got tired of seeing the mess out of his window and challenged the Mayor that he could get it up and running in less than a year at a fraction of what they spent so far.

6 months later it was done and $750,000 under budget.

That is how he wants to run this government!

Hey McConnell and Ryan, if you want to know what it looks like to be a loyal Conservative supporting the president, please note this offering by Pence.

You two have been missing in action for nearly two years.

If there is a resistance wing in the WH, they’re not doing a very good job of it. Promises Made, Promises Kept rather negates that notion. Someone is putting through the president’s agenda....

The intellectually facile Woodward comes from a small town---Washington.
He fails to understand Donald Trump is the winner-take-all in the most demanding dog-eat-dog worlds of business:

<><>Trump triumphed in the hard-scrabble world of real estate development;

<><> Trump ran several casinos in the do-or-die world of gaming (remember that even Hugh Hefner could not get an A/C gaming license---Trump had four licenses); and,

<><>Trump was at the top of the ratings for 14 years in the brutal TV industry wars.

Now that he's president, we are fortunate that he brings all these skills to the Oval office.

He did not get to where he is by accident.......it took skill, intelligence and the tremendous insights Trump possesses.

Gee, imagine working in a place where your boss expects you to accomplish something. Even worse, expects you to complete a task he’s given you.

Good grief, every American who has held a job recognizes a tough but fair boss. We have all had our feelings hurt when we fall short, but that’s why we strive to actually achieve. Those lazy deep staters have no clue what the real world is like.

I’m grateful to every tough, demanding boss I have ever had
