"Both of todays flights were on American Airlines: one from Munich and another from Paris. They landed at Philadelphia International Airport with about a dozen people in total on board who felt sick, according to a statement from the airport. "
On NBC this AM, they reported that both the Paris and Munich planes had passengers whose flights originated in Saudi Arabia. That’s the nightmare scenario. Because of connecting flights, an epidemic could spread all over the globe in 24 hours.
Seven crew members on the Dubai flight were sick.
What I could find in print says some passengers are still being held and that"several" of the passengers on the Paris flight were from Mecca.
What about the rest of them?
I’ve seen The Strain. Burn everything and everyone in that plane, at noon, in an area with no shade.
If only they had the lasagna.
Passengers on Four Southwest Flights, Two at Dallas Love, Warned of Possible Measles Exposure
Think Ill skip going anywhere for a while.
These flights include Flight 5, from Dallas to Houston on Aug. 21; Flight 9, from Houston to Harlingen on Aug. 21; Flight 665, from Harlingen to Houston on Aug. 22; and Flight 44, from Houston to Dallas on Aug. 22.
It only takes a few passengers to expose everyone on the flight to a contagious disease. Passengers from one flight can infect dozens of other flights.
Yesterday, the CDC said they’d be “tracking” all the passengers for 21 days. The incubation for Ebola is 21 days vs. the flu at 3 days. The doctor on board the plane said it looked like Ebola because people were bleeding from every orifice and two died. Other passengers said people were sick before boarding. Smells like a group intentionally bought tickets to spread whatever. Now, if there are two more planes...
