Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Michael R. Caputo says he knows who it is. The strategist and WBEN contributor says a woman wrote the scathing Op-Ed piece in the New York Times that has set Washington ablaze.
"I know who she is. It's a woman and I'm kind of cautious. My attorney is trying to keep me from saying her name" said Caputo.
He thinks it's an administrative coup. "Whenever this person decided to write this Op-Ed, they should have stood up with the courage of their convictions and quit, but unfortunately we have a coward in the administration's senior ranks" he said. Caputo, a former Trump staffer, said it's a name people are familiar with, adding ,"eventually she will be found out".
"If you read closely, you'll see it's very cleverly written. That's why the whole parlor game about who she is, is really entertaining". Caputo says the Op-Ed was written by a snake. "They use words like lodestar, which sends you directly to Vice President Pence. And then it uses words like off-the-rails , which sends you directly to General Kelly".
"The Times, I have my disagreements with", said Caputo. "The fact that it comes from a senior administration official gives it some weight. I don't blame the New York Times for doing it. They're certainly going to make some good money off of it".

Nikki Haley was not always on board either. I know she’s been terrific at the UN, but I don’t completely trust her.
What I found odd as well was Kelly Anne’s husband proclaiming via Twitter, his hate for the president. It made me wonder if he didn’t consider his wife’s feelings because, possibly, he knew something we didn’t.
Ivanka? Heather Nauert? Melania?
So why should we believe someone who says they know who wrote it, but won’t say, any more than a person who claims they’re a senior member of the administration, but won’t give their own name?

Chao has always been an establishment Pubbie. Even though KellyAnne’s husband disagrees with Trump just look at the legal cases he was part of. He was Paula Jones’ attorney.
It would certainly be a nightmare for the NYT if it is Omarosa, I can’t believe they’d be THAT stupid.
Frankly, this is another disinformation campaign to give cover to Booker’s unethical leak. Keep Trump putting out fires. Classic Alinsky.

There's NO reason to suspect her. There's really no reason to believe that the writer has any connection with President Trump's administration. Why buy into that? Because the NYT says so? Not me.
Kelly Ann Conway has been an extremely articulate, vociferously staunch supporter of President Trump. I don't think it's fair for people to taint her reputation with speculation about a NYT steaming pile of horse sh*t.
All that talk of “civility” reminds me of Larry Kudlow.

Kelly Anne was on Ingram’s fox show last night and offered a blistering rebuke to the anonymous source. I can’t see it being her.
nikki haley has the most to gain from a damaged Trump administration.
That's my guess as well ... as a follow up to Woodward's book, in a sense piling on hoping to sow dissent & mistrust among the staff in the Trump WH. The NY slimes will stop at nothing ...
So far the story sounds like the NYT made up the Op-Ed story to many ties to the past bogus storied they pimped.

Were I a gambling man, I would bet heavily that it is NOT Kellyanne Conway.
If it is, she would have to be one of the most brilliantly talented sociopathic liars in history, given what she had to say about the Op-Ed on Laura Ingraham's show last night.
Wow, that’d be a real challenge if it is Elaine Chao. That should result in her AND McConnell getting the boot, arrested, charged, convicted and jailed. Will be interesting if it is her to see their Chinese connections, likely like Feinstein covered up. If Chao, no way husband McConnell didn’t know. If all this is true, and interesting speculation, it will be hugely explosive.
