I agree with you, 100%!!! Mitch McConnell should shut down this wasteful questioning BS and go right onto the Senate floor for an up or down vote immediately.

FWIW, Brit Hume was reminiscing last night about the 1987 Bork hearing, which he covered for ABC News.
Hume vividly recalled the leading Senate Democrat telling him early on it was a done deal, Bork would be confirmed.
But then, he went on to say, things started to spin out of control.
And that was the end of Bork.
