Dr. Howard Dean, a physician who previously served as the governor of Vermont, told MSNBC on Sunday that Donald Trump suffers from mental illness and he is unfit to be president.
Ive long believed the president is mentally ill, Dean said as part of a panel discussion hosted by Alex Witt, Raw Story reported. And I believe narcissism overcomes his ability to know, A, whats good for the country, and B, whats good for him.

Don’t real doctors refrain from diagnosing patients they haven’t personally examined?
Does Dean still have a valid license to practice medicine?
He was just a GP, no specialities, not a psychiatrist or anything like that.
Ole dean projecting again. What a nut.
Declaring a diagnosis without a completed physical and psychological examination according to standard practices is an offense of malpractice.
YEEEEE-OWRRR!
Sounds like more dhimmmicrap projection...
Is this quack ahole Dean still alive?
I would have thought the psycho would have offed himself by now.
Screamin Dean. Yeeeaaah!
Just what I was going to say!
I think, if President Trump is crazy, he is, as the old saying goes, "crazy like a fox".
The screamer speaks.
There was a point in late ‘03 when he may have had a very good chance of getting the Dem prez nomination. Eventually it went to John Kerry.
Dec 13, 2003, I’m visiting my Dad on Cape Cod and get up on a Sunday morning—news story on TV is capture of Saddam Hussein. “I don’t think Dean’s gonna get elected now,” my Dem dad said gloomily...
Wiki:
>>On January 19, 2004, Dean’s campaign suffered a staggering blow when a last-minute surge by rivals John Kerry and John Edwards led to a disappointing third-place finish for Dean in the 2004 Iowa Democratic caucuses, representing the first votes cast in primary season. Dean’s loud outburst in his public address that night was widely rebroadcast and portrayed as a media gaffe that ended his campaign.
>>”Not only are we going to New Hampshire, Tom Harkin, we’re going to South Carolina and Oklahoma and Arizona and North Dakota and New Mexico, and we’re going to California and Texas and New York.... And we’re going to South Dakota and Oregon and Washington and Michigan, and then we’re going to Washington, D.C., to take back the White House! (Yeah!)”
>>Senator Harkin was on stage with Dean, holding his suit jacket. This final “Yeah!” with its unusual tone that Dean later said was due to the cracking of his hoarse voice, has become known in American political jargon as the “Dean Scream” or the “I Have A Scream” speech.Comedians and late-night comedy show hosts such as Dave Chappelle and Conan O’Brien satirized, mocked, and popularized the sound bite, beginning a media onslaught that many believe contributed immensely to his poor showing in the subsequent races.
So many worthless nitwits enter politics. Pathetic .
Where does that place Shotgun Joe on the sanity scale?
1) Dean has not been a practicing physician for more than 30 years
2) Dean was never a psychiatrist or psychologist
3) Dean has never examined President Trump
4) If the preceding statements were all not true, then Dean would be violating HIPAA regulations, and would be subject to up to $1.5 million penalty and up to 10 years in jail.
There’s a great body of reference work about the use/abuse of psychiatry in handling of dissenters in the Soviet Union...
Basically, if you dissent, if you don’t agree with the party/us, you are by definition insane...
And away you go, into an asylum or the Gulag system...
