Pope Francis's plastic 'emergency': Yes, Plastic in the Ocean, not Pederasty is the emergency

Reeling from a huge pedophilia, pederasty, and coverup crisis, and refusing to answer charges of participating in the latter from a former papal nuncio, Pope Francis seems to have some very screwy priorities going on with his latest denunciation of plastic pollution in the ocean as an 'emergency.' It kind of sounds like satire from his political opponents, but it's true. He seems to be deflecting the big elephant in the room that's horrifying Catholics around the world by retreating back to one of his signature hobbyhorses, the environment, throwing in a little dig at capitalism for good measure. Here's what the Associated Press, via the New York Post, reported:

VATICAN CITY — Pope Francis wants concrete action to combat the “emergency” of plastics littering seas and oceans.

Francis made the appeal in a message Saturday to galvanize Christians and others to work to save what he hails as the “marvelous,” God-given gift of the “great waters and all they contain.”

He said efforts to fight plastics litter must be waged “as if everything depended on us.”

The pope also denounced as “unacceptable” the privatization of water resources at the expense of the “human right to have access to this good.”

Is he bonkers? The Church is in the middle of the mother of all public relations meltdowns and he's talking about the environment and capitalism as the real problems? We still haven't got past the mind-boggling news that 1,000 children were abused by 300 priests in just one of 50 states, in some of the most grotesque circumstances imaginable - actually, they weren't imaginable until we read about it - a priest stripping a boy naked and making him pose as Jesus on the cross

Is Pope Francis actually one of the pedophiles? If not why the avoidance of the issue?

He’s not bonkers. He’s a clever dude. He’ll ride it out. He’s shoring up his support with his base: homosexuals; communists; alt-left fascists; ecoterrorists; anti-Christians; militant atheists; and the satanic secular media.

They’re providing absolutely terrific cover for him, changing the subject from the homoclerical demonocracy polluting the highest reaches of the Church to:
- sex abuse of minors and “vulnerable persons” by minor clergy, with a bishop or a cardinal sprinkled in the mix to “prove” that they’re holding everyone accountable, no matter the rank;
- attacking the messenger, Archbishop Vigano; permitting bergoglio and his evil conspirators to evade answering the charges;
-promoting his broad secular demonic agenda;
-and calling out the remnant of the laity who name the true problem as “homophobes.”

And enough of the laity either agree with the demons, are confused by the whole mess, or just don’t give a damn that even if collections drop off modestly, and fewer people attend Mass or otherwise participate in parish and Church life, the criminals will be able to continue their homo billionaire lifestyles unmolested.

They’ll close a few churches, schools, and hospitals here and their, but wuerl isn’t going to give up the 12,000 sq ft penthouse apartment in a $43 million building at 2200 California ST NW over this. He already said, this isn’t a “massive, massive crisis.” Of course. There’s no chance of him being homeless or starving.

Even here at FR, many resist the call to completely starve out the clergy. They say, “MY priest is a good guy.”

Although I doubt your priest is a good guy, even if he is, YOUR priest gives an average of 13% of every collection dollar to his bishop. If you try to circumvent that, the bishops will alter the rules to prevent you getting around that feature of the system. And YOUR priest is bound by a vow of obedience to HIS bishop, and will find it very difficult to turn over to that bishop what the bishop’s law requires.

It’s a rigged system controlled by Satan through his minions on earth.

It doesn’t seem that God guides this Pope. He has a heart of darkness and lacks the proper values — a lack of values that even common decency would find offensive.

This is not a Pope but a pretense to a Pope. It is a pretend Pope — a plastic Pope. His actions are his giveaway. For him plastic in the ocean is more important predatory homosexuality sexuality. If Catholics don’t do something to remove him then they are just as culpable. The offence is grave; it cannot be made less, cannot be overlooked or dismissed.

This Pope is making a mockery of Christianity by his plastic remarks. His heart is dark — like a Lord Jim on a plastic ocean or a Mistah Kurtz in Africa. He has strayed from the path. The Pope, the Good Shepherd, has to be removed. His shepherd staff has to be used against him like some bad character who gets pulled off center stage. If he doesn’t go then the church will become a cartoon and a farce and will never command respect.

No, his days will not be foreshortened by this “crisis.” And if they are, he’ll be replaced by someone else to lead of the homoclerical demonocracy.

Jesus said that it would be better for people that hurt children to have a millstone wrapped around their necks and cast into the sea than face God’s wrath. This commie pope oughta think about that instead of plastic.

Actually the plastic litter in the ocean is a real problem, but don’t see how it is a Church issue or priority.

They need to keep their vows of CHASTITY! God is to be their focus and their family is their flock.

The RC church needs to stop RAPING kids.

Way more important than some ancient outdated chastity nonsense.

Are RC priests so much better than protestant clergy at focusing on God? Doesn’t appear so. Raping kids seems to distract them fairly often from that task.

Britain has Muslim “grooming gangs” that carry out organized child rape.

The RC church is America’s grooming gang.

I got an idea. Ban straws at the Vatican.

And miters.

I crack me up.

Plastic straws near a coral reef are kinda ugly, but they are not harmful.

“The planet … is a self-correcting system. The air and the water will recover, the Earth will be renewed. And if it’s true that plastic is not degradable, well, the planet will simply incorporate plastic into a new paradigm: The Earth Plus Plastic. The Earth doesn’t share our prejudice toward plastic. Plastic came out of the Earth. The Earth probably sees plastic as just another one of its children. Could be the only reason the Earth allowed us to be spawned from it in the first place. It wanted plastic for itself. Didn’t know how to make it. Needed us. Could be the answer to our age-old egocentric philosophical question, ‘Why are we here?’”

“Plastic, a———!”

As usual Poop Francis is being a Globalist. Oh well, the old joke was ‘Is the Pope Catholic?’ but now the answer is ‘No, a Socialist!’

I don’t understand the spiritual connection to plastic in the ocean.

That “celibacy” requirement all but guarantees sexually abnormal men will fill the ranks of its clergy.

Maybe that's why the celibacy requirement was never required by Jesus or instituted until much later in history. The Catholic denomination can make any rule they wish for themselves though. I have no problem with it as it does not affect me. In the end only Gods rules will be in effect.
