True to New Mexico legislative form Terry Clark was released, after conviction, pending appeal on bond for kidnapping and rape of my niece. While out on appeal he kidnapped another little girl, raped and shot her in the back of the head 3 times and tossed her in the dessert.
I dont know what it is with screwed up judges there other than they are just as liberal and as crooked as they come.

There should be something like a warranty when judges release felons. If the guy commits a crime within a certain number of days, the judge serves time in a real jail chosen by the victim's family.
OMG!!! I’m so sorry to hear that. Makes Me seething mad to hear about SCUM like that even existing and exchanging Oxygen. I would have killed that POS Myself if that had happened to Anybody I knew. At least the State FRIED THE POS SCUMBAG!!! I know that is only minor for what he did.
