I to this day truly believe that John McCain ruined Sarah Palin’s life. Had he not picked her, she would have stayed Governor of Alaska, perhaps ran for Senate, Possibly on Trump's administration as Energy Secretary and on to the Presidency someday. I really think Sarah Palin would have been better off never hearing the word John McCain. Everyone says that is the one good thing John McCain did for her and I could not disagree more.

I to this day truly believe that John McCain ruined Sarah Palins life. Maybe that was the plan.

Agree, she would have been better off if he picked someone else.

You forget one thing. RoveBushUniparty was ALREADY taking a stand against Sarah Palin for her stand on the Pebble Mine...
... in 2006. Those Orwellian Pig Elites want Alaska’s natural resources, and the AK constitution actually gives ownership to the people of Alaska.
(I’m sure this will change as quickly as the NWO Elites can change it)

I heartily agree that it is because of McCain that Sarah Palin had all those bogus legal troubles that forced her to resign as Governor of Alaska.
Sad!

I agree 100%. I was one of a few hundred...maybe a 1000 that knew she was it the night before it was announced. I was so happy as I’d been following her career. I still love her and was so happy the next day to see a coworker had taped her pic on her office door. I exclaimed...omg you know who she is too! Happy memory!

What you say is all true, but she wisely cashed in on her high profile and made millions.
Double edged sword, I guess.

I agree with you, he brought her into the fray but didn’t lift a finger to defend her from the wolves. In fact as it turned out it was “his people” (him) behind a lot of it.
I cannot figure out why he picked her to begin with, he had no respect for her and obviously they were far apart on issues. She was much too conservative for him.
I guess she was meant to be a bone thrown to the conservatives to get their votes and get them to shut up. I truly don’t know.
It sure did seem like he didn’t try to win though...as if a deal was made. The Romney campaign was just as odd...if they gained on O they just backed off.

I hadnt thought about this but I agree with you. It should have been a great opportunity for her but the deceitful stupid self defeating McCain stabbed her in the back, and more than once. A mean spirited vindictive bitter little shit, he was.
Better she had followed the course you hypothesized.

Absolutely agree with your observation.
