Next we’ll hear how, in his will, he bequeathed all his wealth to Lockheed Martin (to kill more commies), and nothing to his family. Nothing would surprise me anymore. This guy was a nasty, vindictive, angry piece of work.
So I’m here in Phoenix and he’s lying in state with public access so you can pay your respects, but I’m hesitant to go because I’m unsure of the proper etiquette. Is it appropriate to shake right there after paying respects or should you wait till you get home?
And don’t forget McCain was directly responsible for Sarah’s legal and financial troubles that forced to resign as Governor of Alaska.
Sarah was using public funds to pay lawyers handling ethics complaints. McCain ordered her to pay for them with her own money. As soon as that happened Democrats filed complaint after complaint and would have bankrupted her family.
McCain was a total slime ball.

I recall that Megan McCain didn’t care for Sarah and was pretty vocal about it. I can’t think of a strong enough word to describe the disrespect shown to Sarah by not inviting her.

Yes, they scape-goated her for his lousy campaign. I believe Sarah Palin is responsible for our good President Trump, however. She pierced the darkness, got people involved, spoke the Truth. Prophets speak the Truth, and they have always killed them. Have throughout history. DJT is very unusual in that he is a street fighter and doesn’t give a fig about their vitriol.
I think this is very poor of John McCain - a real jerk until and after the very end. But it is in character.

Local cemetary has their flag at half-staff today.
I figure it’s about right for a half-assed pilot, half-assed senator, half-assed presidential candidate.
That’s OK, Sarah. You can come with us later to pay your respects. Just drink lots of water and don’t hit any restrooms until we reach the cemetery.
I joke, of course, but if this is true, then it is truly sad. If I were dying I would want to make peace with my past. I would not want to spend my time figuring out how my death could be used to settle scores.
