Bad conduct isn’t justified by labeling it a “Political Statement”.
Mao Tse-Tung’s “Great Leap Forward” was a political statement.

The big question is what else does she become enraged over? Grabbing a hat is one thing but slapping a teacher is something else. She looked out of control in that video. What’s she like at home when she doesn’t get her way? Dad looks beat down.
Here’s the thing about rights: with them come responsibilities. So you CAN exercise your right to free speech...but if you slander someone in the process, there may very well be consequences that you won’t enjoy. In this case, this stupid teenager had the right to think what she wanted about a MAGA hat, and even to tell everyone what she thought, but she crossed the line when she took the hat, and again when she hit the teacher. Now she (and her family, since she’s a minor) will have to deal with the consequences.
I hope that those consequences are SEVERE - because I am sick and tired of hearing about the rageboys and ragegirls assaulting people who simply disagree with them.
