I love the way the word maverick is substituted for turncoat. John McCain in 35 years as a senator was never seen committing a selfless act or penning/sponsoring a righteous piece of legislation. He was a lifelong parasite on the public’s dollar.
If you had posted this yesterday it would not have been soon enough.
He was petty for a so called man.
I’m going to have to go with your mom on this, RIP John McCain.
I cannot believe he called his wife’s c*** in front of reporters. Unbelievable...........
Another one for your website. Feel free to use this.
Here’s one from Daily Kos for good measure
McCain: Americans won’t pick lettuce for $50 an hour? (UPDATED)

John McCain: “I don’t think I need to tell you that there are jobs that Americans will not do. I don’t think I have to tell you that there are ... the backbone of our economy...
Audience members: “Pay them the right wages.”
John McCain: “You know I’ve heard that statement before. Now, my friends, I’ll offer anybody here fifty dollars an hour if you’ll go pick lettuce in Yuma this season and pick for the whole season. So, ok, sign up! Ok, when you sign up, you sign up, and you’ll be there for the whole season, the whole season, ok, not just one day. Because you can’t do it, my friend.”

At the time I thought “$100,000 A year to work in weather that is 50 degree-ish? If I had to, I would”
I did not like that backstabber when he was alive
Go to the comments of article. Even the same left thought this guy was a self interested, grifter by marriage and very unstable”
Always eating his own. Incompetent and elitist.
To paraphrase Sarah Palin, he was something else.
McCain's role was to be the "designated loser," and he played that role well.
My TV is off today because I cannot abide the wall-to-wall fawning. I’m not remotely interested in his life and don’t care to relive it via the media’s filter.
We’ll remember him for what he was. Look at it objectively: One down. How many to go?
John McCain was appointed “Senator For Life”.
Thanks Laz. Almost brought me to tears.
I can’t retire because of Obamacare, which he prevented from being repealed, but I will speak no ill.
“As he lay comatose on his deathbed in 1936, King George V was injected with fatal doses of morphine and cocaine to assure him a painless death in time, according to his physician’s notes, for the announcement to be carried ‘in the morning papers rather than the less appropriate evening journals.’”
Coincidence? The announcement of McQueeg’s death came one day after they said he had “bravely” discontinued treatment — just before the weekend and Friday news dump. Now we will have “All McQueeg, all the time” from now until he is six feet under — maybe not even then. Media Whore to the end.
This is all about making it easier to appoint his wife as his replacement.
We called him McNuts for good reason. He was damn near certifiable.
I wont trash the guy at this time, but one couldnt fill a Post-It note with any worthy accomplishments.
May we have a moment of silence for the valiant tumor?
That tumor did such a service to the nation President Trump should award it a medal.
Goodbye John McCain, I wish we had never known you.
It’s just a shame that freeper Kenny Bunk isn’t still with us, to share some of his withering and very funny take downs of John McCain.
