I love the way the word maverick is substituted for turncoat. John McCain in 35 years as a senator was never seen committing a selfless act or penning/sponsoring a righteous piece of legislation. He was a lifelong parasite on the public’s dollar.

My TV is off today because I cannot abide the wall-to-wall fawning. I’m not remotely interested in his life and don’t care to relive it via the media’s filter.
