Colorado Civil Rights Commission think they live in the USSR where everything is owned by Government, even you
It would be a great advertising tool.
The easiest solution to this without going to court is to simply create the product the customer wants and immediately put the profit directly in a Christian church donation jar right in front of the customer.

90% of those cases should never get into court, and waste time and money, except for the stinking, corrupt attys.
The Supreme Court needs to put a stop to this BS. They issued a ruling more or less that the state of Colorado was harassing him. And they’re allowing more harassing lawsuits.
These so called civil rights panels are unelected and not necessary. They promote a leftist agenda.
What’s insane is that the state itself did not recognize same sex marriages when he was being forced to make a cake for a so called same sex wedding.
Cart before the horse.
Glad to see you are in the neighborhood! Next time you visit Jack, be sure to drop in, next door, to Peking Tokyo for the best Chinese food in Colorado. (Sorry for the thread diversion...but it's worth it.)
What is it with the left and their hard-on for this poor guy?
I hope his lawsuit pans out and he gets millions.
Dear lefties, learn how to bake and make your own damn cakes.
Just as recording artists for fire should be able to refuse to create ads for events they disagree with, and should state that , so should a baker be able to refuse to create works for events they disagree with.
The problem is not that discrimination of persons due amoral aspects such as race or skin color, etc. is forbidden, so that a business cannot refuse to serve one because the person was of such a class (which was NOT the case in Masterpiece);
Neither it is necessarily that discrimination based on the lawful purpose they request the service for not forbidden, so that a restaurant of a anti-war liberal might be able to refuse service due to the party requesting it wanting the service in order to celebrate V-day.
But the definite problem is that if the refusal of service is because the persons requesting it wanting to celebrate an event of a protected class, not simply race, color etc., but also homosexuality, then it is unlawful. Yet which was NOT actually the case in Masterpiece, since at the time the highest state law (the CO constitution) made homosexual weddings illegal.
Thus equating amoral aspects such as skin color with immoral sexual preferences is the problem.
Since the date is NOT known; he has PERFECTLY good reason to try to avoid SATAN's wrath by making him a cake on the WRONG day!
