Veteran Republican operative Roger Stone predicts special counsel Robert Mueller will soon indict Donald Trump Jr. on a process crime.
Following the indictments of former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort and longtime Trump lawyer Michael Cohen, the Office of the Special Counsel is now reportedly zeroing in on Trump Jr., whom Stone alleges will imminently face charges for making false statements to Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents.
“The special counsel is going to charge Donald Trump Jr. with lying to the FBI. Notice they’re not charging him for having an illegal meeting with a Russian at Trump Tower because there’s nothing illegal about that meeting,” Stone told James Miller of The Political Insider. “[P]ut more precisely, the only thing illegal about that meeting was how the woman got in the country, how she got a visa from the Obama State Department, and why she was meeting with an official from Fusion GPS before and after the Trump Tower meeting.”

Conflict of interest is the beginning of Mueller’s possible troubles.
I would call his hamfisted evil terrorist raids on the homes of Manafort and Cohen crooked but not sure if slightly legal (going by old Al Capone and later Gotti type raids). Both were already cooperating and sending all requested documents, unlike a certain huge cankled ex Sec. of State who refused it all and then BitBleached or hit it with hammers and deleted and “lost” the evidence demanded. No big raids on Chappaqua. Might awaken Huma from Hillary’s pillow.

Thus, Trump real estate or hotel building or casino or golf resorts could suddenly interest Mueller and he could take another one to two years gathering documents.
Our country allows Mueller to place himself one step higher than God in his judging powers and a little lower than the angels in his morality ( he has none).

Why would anyone talk with the Deep State FBI? Talking with Russian or Chinese security is safer.
I find it hard to believe anyone in Trump’s family would speak to the FBI unless there was a lot more to this story than meets the eye.

If Mueller indicts Donald Jr, I expect POTUS to declassify all DOJ documents exposing FISA crimes by Rosenstein, Comey, and others, which is not a risk the swamp will take.

I expect the DOJ to refuse that order. Yes, that’s how far afield we are from the rule of law. That’s how out of control the corrupt state is...
1. His father did not know of the tower meeting ahead of time.
2. He was not attempting to collude with Russians. Even if collusion is actually not a statutory crime, lying to FBI about your true intention is.
Of course Mueller is planning for the big indictments in Sept or Oct... timing is everything. I fully expect this.
DOJ is NOT the ultimate head of government even they act like it. POTUS is head of all executive departments which is what DOJ is.
POTUS is also commander in chief of US military. What military DOJ has? US Marshals?
