The media went berserk recently over Cody Wilson and his Stoic defense of the publication of open-source gun designs suitable for 3D printing. We go beneath the surface and talk social media deplatforming, free speech, and Cody's ideological influences.
A gun in EVERYONE'S hand? NOBODY WANTS THAT!!!! Wilson will force the 2nd Amendment to be CHANGED because of his IDIOCY. Look in the dude's eyes. HE'S A SNAKE AND SOMEBODY EVIL IS BANKROLLING HIS MISSION.
Rush is reporting yesterday and just now that Soros or his agents have been busy lobbying banks and financial institutions to require notification of an applicant’s gun ownership and/or membership in gun rights organization on load documents. Ownership, membership or falsifying the application are all reasons for denial of a loan or mortgage.
This tactic has to be brought to the light of day as the anti-gun types believe the government is not going to act to prohibit guns, so they are trying to get their lib friends in the financial industry to accomplish it.
Did you know that Twitter, Disqus, and Facebook ALL CENSOR certain conservative firearm and abortion speech? See this: It is worth noting that both Disqus and Fakebook CENSOR any mention of a website, www.CodeIsFreeSpeech.com that provides FREE downloads of 3D-printable firearm blueprints. And, since Facebook/Disqus logins are so prevalent for posting commentary across the Internet, they are very effectively suppressing this Forbidden Knowledge almost EVERYWHERE. Please go to the website, download some or all 10 of the free blueprints, and then, repost it to your friends and across the Internet, to the extent you can. Strike a BLOW against Fakebook and judicial CENSORSHIP! Support TWO amendments at once, the First and the Second!
Are you kidding?
Information on gun building has to be one of the most protected of communications by both the First and Second Amendments to the Bill of Rights.
Let's ask Thomas Jefferson: "Mr. Jefferson, would it be permissible under the terms of this Constitution you are proposing to ban information concerning the building of firearms?"
His answer: "Are you kidding?"
You may not be the only one. You are in a very small group. Wilson is making the Second Amendment a reality in fact as well as law.
What he is advocating is no different than what existed in the United States in 1910, where everyone could order a functional handgun, through the mail, for a few dollars.
In 1887, the San Francisco Chronicle gave away a .38 caliber revolver with each year's subscription.
Up until 1968, 90% of the people in the United States could legally order anti-aircraft cannon and anti-tank cannon, with ammunition, through the mail, without any special license.
My first center-fire rifle was a British Enfield in caliber .303 British ordered from an ad in the back of a magazine...
Came by mail, packed in cosmoline with several hundred rounds of surplus ammo for less than $30...Yeah it was a WWII surplus beater, but fun to shoot anyway...
I was 18 when I ordered it with a postal money order...
How times have changed...
Say what you will but Cody Wilson has CRAZY EYES.
Having talked with Cody Wilson I can assure you he is a patriot.
Free market sales, 80 percent receivers, 3D printed, Home made firearms are the spear point against confiscation.
It is very hard to confiscate something you do not know about.
Fear people that want to limit your ability to own firearms not those who want you to have more.
People who are willing to compromise our rights away are more of a danger then. Those who are hard core defenders of the 2nd amendment.
BTTT.
Yes... Yes you are the only one who thinks that. You may want to consider decaf.
Wilson is simply pointing out what's been true since before the founding of the Republic: Anyone can make a gun and gun laws are, thus, futile. And for those who haven't been paying attention, you don't need a 3D printer to do so. There are plenty of existing technologies that will get the job done, laws or no laws. You can even do your part for the environment by recycling if you want to!
BTTT.
