From what I have read in numerous links,sites,the NYPD who were forced to hand a copy of the hard drive over to FBI told them in no uncertain terms that if they(the FBI) don't prosecute the criminals and criminality found within the computer they the(NYPD) will.

What they(NYPD) saw on huma/weiners laptop upset them so bad,the pronogrpahy,pedophilia that they(NYPD) made it known they will not settle for anything less than prosecutions.

Patience. A grand jury might be convening. They do this in secret. Evidence must be reviewed and organized. Witnesses, such as Huma, must be scared into flipping. The very last people to learn of it must be the suspects themselves, and the media.
