WASHINGTON — Senator John McCain of Arizona, who has been battling brain cancer for more than a year, will no longer be treated for his condition, his family announced on Friday, a sign that the Republican war hero is most likely entering his final days.
“Last summer, Senator John McCain shared with Americans the news our family already knew: He had been diagnosed with an aggressive glioblastoma, and the prognosis was serious. In the year since, John has surpassed expectations for his survival. But the progress of disease and the inexorable advance of age render their verdict,” the family said in a statement. “With his usual strength of will, he has now chosen to discontinue medical treatment.”

My Dad had bone cancer, was bedridden and in his last days. One day he started saying, “Get that Son of a b!@# out of my bed, get that son of a b!@# out of my bed. Get John McCain out of my bed.” This was before John McCain’s diagnosis was public. Well, Dad knew what was coming I guess.
Wow! That’s amazing. My deepest sympathies for the loss of your father. I appreciate his leaving that pearl of wisdom before his passing.
Re McCain’s news... I feel just the same as I felt when we learned of Ted Kennedy’s condition. Nothing.
That’s my theory. Look for the body to be cremated so that there is no chance of proving it was him. Nine months is plenty of time to get lots of plastic surgery and plot your disappearance. What about all those mystery islands owned by billionaires?
Alternative theories:
1. He’s already dead.
2. He’ll commit suicide rather than face imprisonment.
3. He’s been in a coma for months. They’re going to pull the plug now that the Deep State has lost all hope.
I have had cancer. I know that it’s a horrible disease. I also lost my husband and mother to cancer. No one has to tell me how awful the disease is.
I’m sorry John McCain has cancer and truly hope he isn’t suffering. Having worked several years in hospice, I’m thankful that there is palliative care for the end of life. (BTW, there was no such thing as hospice when my young husband suffered so horribly and for so long.) If McCain is at the point that he’s hospice appropriate, I’m sure he’s already been placed on service. That will make things easier for him and the family.
The only comment I have regarding today’s news is that I feel emotionless. I pray that he’s right with God. I’m sorry for his family and friends who love him. Other than that, it’s just another news story for me.
I don’t think we know yet how many deaths he was responsible for. I suspect thousands. Maybe we’ll never know.

I am glad that you posted that, because I am suspicious, too. I never saw any evidence of the story of the illness. A person undergoing cancer treatments usually withdraws from all work activities, because it is so strenuous. Also they don’t want to be seen, because they look wrecked. But he has been more active than ever.

I agree with you completely. There is going to be a huge group of ambitious villains willing to do anything to get that appointment. The big national money out there will back RINOs.
I do not envy governor Ducey in this.

His handlers and family members were talking for him and putting out statement..the truth will come out eventually...someone will be offered enough money to talk..and talk they will...Money talks for anyone ...that phony book he co authored was one big error..notice nothing has been said about that book since it was released..?
No photos, no videos, NOT one sighting in AZ. since he returned home last December. no one seen him go for treatments, no photo or video of him going into hospital for so called surgery for an infection he was suppose to have had...Hummmm just too much cover up for me to believe anything that family has to say...
