Beto ORourke, the Democrat challenging GOP Sen. Ted Cruz in the midterm elections, is being slammed by Republicans for saying there is nothing more American than kneeling during the national anthem.
Comments like his are a slap in the face to every man and woman who has ever served our nation and put their lives on the line to defend American values, Republican Party of Texas Chairman James Dickey said Thursday.
ORourke, a Democratic congressman, was asked at a recent campaign event about NFL players who kneel during the anthem. ORourke replied, I can think of nothing more American than to peacefully stand up, or take a knee for your rights anytime, anywhere, any place.

It’ll play well in Austin but that was a given anyway.

Beto is a Spanish nickname for his first name Robert.
Intended to grab the Mexican voters.

I dislike Cruz intensely, and regard him and his heretical father as spook constructs. Nevertheless, even I would vote for Cruz in this election. Burpo or Fredo or whatever the empty suit opponent is, ain’t going anywhere.

Them's fightin' words, Beano!
It would be more American to stand at attention and salute the flag during the Anthem and then kick this leftist's ass for being so anti-American.

Partner, you are correct in saying the Communist/Socialist/Anarchist Rat party is a bunch of losers and they are un-American. I think this guy Beto is a real loser for the Rat party. He will lose big time to Senator Ted Cruz.
Personally, we did not see one single NFL game on TV last year and I personally did not miss it. We are personally boycotting the NFL forever!
Of course, we love football here in our state and I did not miss one single U. of Texas football game last year in Austin.

I cannot decide which is worse, a non Citizen full of crap opportunist, or a Democrat.
I gotta concede that the Democrat option is worse, but as well, I simply will never understand the appeal of that lying sack of shit Cruz.

THEN the apologists will have to band together and inform the world that YES, the low rent districts buttheads are NOT PRAYING, they are protesting conditions in the country.
THEN the unwashed masses will finally get the true word of what is taking place.”
Good ploy !!!!
Make it go viral !

The ‘Hate America” crowd is becoming more vocal by the day. It’s time to call them what they are.
