It’s about time.
Shortly after POTUS Donald Trump was inaugurated, his attorney general, Jeff Sessions, foolishly recused himself from the “Russian collusion” investigation, leaving the Obama Deep State free to undermine the president at every turn.
Sessions’ recusal left Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein in charge of the bogus “Russia” probe, leaving him free to appoint Robert Mueller as special counsel despite the fact that no crime by the Trump campaign had been alleged and no intelligence pointed to Russian collusion.
Now, finally, after nearly two years of Justice Department undermining and stonewalling legitimate congressional and other investigative attempts to get to the bottom of a multitude of Obama-era scandals (Spygate being the biggest, and the FBI’s pathetic ‘investigation’ into Hillary’s mishandling of classified emails being another) POTUS Trump is prepared to bypass Sessions and order the DoJ to comply with all congressional requests for documents.

At some point, he can work with Congress to get a real special prosecutor appointed via a new law solely for this purpose.
He could also as Chief Executive, order that charges of obstruction be brought against those who refuse to comply with his order to release documents to Congress.
A special prosecutor needs to investigate Mueller’s gross prosecutorial abuse over the pretense of using a counterintelligence mandate that enabled him to see evidence he could not get otherwise, to use in criminal prosecutions unrelated to counterintelligence.
To me that argues for completely eliminating the FISA infrastructure. It has been turned on Americans, proving the direst predictions at the time it was created. The left has now found that FISA is their convenient tool to hamper any Republican President (because the lifers in those organizations are absolutely left wing.)
We now have left wing sanctioned spying on their enemies by the Govt of the United States. We have obliterated the 1st, 4th, and 5th amendments with one law (FISA), sanctioned by the idiots in the Federal Judiciary who rubber stamp everything DOJ/FBI does (the Fed Judiciary only claims independence when they want to overturn a law).
Mueller wouldn’t be getting away with this if we had a truly independent judiciary that actually cared about the bill of rights in the constitution. But then again, Manafort can’t have very good lawyers either. Perhaps he can appeal on the basis of several technicalities including a weak defense team. I hope his case is not over.

Once the nov elections are over I do hope that Trump does some firing and many arrests.
What is this based on hope and fantasy? Even one of the biggest Sessions supporters has been laying low on here as they also see the writing on the wall. They were duped into thinking Sessions was playing 256-D chess and trusted in Q that said “Trust Sessions”
Has Trump given the order yet?
I’m not a q follower. Never was. I believe in Trump, his leadership skills, intelligence and his showmanship. With all that is at stake I think he would at least have already declassified the material by now if he had no faith in Sessions. Also I’ve noticed a lot of the rhetoric has quieted down since some closed door meetings with committees. This is either Trump’s plan unfolding or he is in trouble. I remain hopeful he has a plan, Sessions is a good man, RR knows he is accountable and the system will work. This has nothing to do with q and I could care less what you think about it.
He can reassign them to a remote Alaskan outpost with NO internet connection.

That would be nice for Sessions, but I’d like to see him 100% held to account for any complicity in the coup, that POTUS may have discovered.
So basically you think Sessions is still playing 246-D chess? Why hasn’t Sessions sacked Rosenweasel, Wray, Strzok, Lisa Page, The Ohrs etc. and why hasn’t he released the unredacted IG report? Where is Huber’s report?
I don’t think Sessions is a genius. I think Trump is and I hope he is running the show. I hope all the stuff that doesn’t make sense to us does to Trump and company. If he isn’t it’s a lost cause brought on by incompetence?
