Mark Penn, the former pollster for both Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton, has penned an op-ed in The Hill Wednesday in which he argues that Michael Cohens guilty plea shows the double standard that prosecutors have applied unfairly to Donald Trump.
Penn argues that while what Trump is alleged to have done paying Stormy Daniels for a non-disclosure agreement she had sought for five years prior to the election was legal, Hillary Clinton failed to report campaign expenditures that led to the Steele dossier.
If anyone broke campaign finance law, Penn argues, it was Clinton, not Trump but prosecutors want Trump out of office.

Mark is right on target.
Yikes. He better watch his back.
Penn’s op-ed for The Hill is here:
I hope Penn has armed guards and doesn’t fly in small planes.
Hope he has a body guard. Hillary won’t be happy and that means possible arkanicide.
Hear! Hear!
To the sane among us, once Cohen teamed with Lanny Davis, nothing was to be believed.
Uh oh, the body count is about to increase.
bkmk
I would imagine there isn’t a crime on the books she or Bill haven’t broken yet they’re free as birds.
Mark may be wise if he avoids the Radisson Country Inn.....
I think that PDJT has decided to let all of these minor allegations against him play out in all of their sensational insanity before he releases the dogs on the Democrats and the deep state.
When he does, the broader public will easily see that, compared with these ho hum allegations, the charges against the Democrats in some unsealed indictments will be much worse.
These charges in the indictments though similar to the current minor allegations against PDJT will be many times worse in scales of magnitude and will blow the broader publics socks off.
PDJT will then be able to say, You thought what they accused me of was bad, well what about THIS?!
Setting the stage, so to speak...
I also believe that Mueller knows this and is dragging out his SC investigation for as long as possible. But Mueller has a deadline, if he doesnt want to be accused of interfering with the mid-term elections.
“once Cohen teamed with Lanny Davis”
I suspect Cohen didn’t have a choice when it came to his representation ... I’d bet good money that Davis was warming up in the bullpen at Hillary’s request when they saw that they had a shot at flipping Cohen.
Seriously, facing what Cohen is facing, would *you* want a known Clintonite “defending” you?!?!?
Hillary Clinton failed to report campaign expenditures that led to the Steele dossier. If anyone broke campaign finance law, Penn argues, it was Clinton, not Trump
The press won't care - the 'law' won't care, and the deep state will have a party for the witch... AND THE BIMBOS ON MSNBC will cheer that Hillary scammed everyone and got away with it...
BECAUSE HILLARY HAS A "D" BY HER NAME.
AND THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS IN THE WASHINGTON DC CORRUPT HELLHOLE.
Enough is enough. When is Hilldog going to be taken to the woodshed?
Mark is at least smart enough to know which way the political winds are blowing. If we hold the house the tide turns, records get released, people sing, Brennan at al get justice.
Would be real interesting to find out who is paying Lanny Davis for his services. I’m sure it isn’t Cohen.
Or...
We hold the house and nothing happens, but the empty DC promises keep coming. Some unspecified future date will have tick tock and boom and all sorts of justice... if we just keep waiting and waiting. Forever
Paging Jeff Sessions......
