The writer left out Rivera’s attorney’s name and whether he belongs to a radical legal organization or not.
This is very important to know because sometimes the Marxist attorneys use some guilty sucker’s case to undermine the law and to raise money for themselves “for legal fees” (as if leftist foundations don’t give them enough).

Rivera has a drama queen for a lawyer and the judge isn't buying it. Yep - saw a bit of it on TV and the drama queen lawyer was irritating her quite a bit. I almost got the impression that when she was asking him if he wanted to stay with that lawyer or try for a Public defender, she was hinting he might be better served with the Public Defender....

HE MURDERED SOMEONE GOT CAUGHT AND NEEDS TO HAVE JUSTICE SERVED! Whether he is a Mexican or any other nationality, so long as he is not a Kennedy or a Clinton he’ll get what is coming to him. Trump did not encourage him to kill Tibbetts.
