Lanny Davis, the attorney for former Trump fixer Michael Cohen, said President Trump's team of lawyers are "witnesses against him" and prove that his client was directed to make payments on Mr. Trump's behalf to keep his alleged affairs quiet.
"It's not about evidence. It is definitive, indisputable that Donald Trump's lawyers said in a letter to the special counsel that Donald Trump directed – the same word that Michael Cohen used in court yesterday under oath – directed Michael Cohen to make illegal payments. It's not a dispute. It's not about credibility. His own lawyers used the word directed," Davis told "CBS This Morning" on Wednesday.

Actually there will be many, many more outrageous, brazen statements from Lanny, and for that matter many others on the Hillary/Democrat team as they toss more, and more ingredients they deem good for an Impeachment stew into the pot. They are trying to create a stew that will never be forgotten.
Trump has to win, or they do, and we eat that stew whether we like it or not.
Lanny Davis is obviously more interested in hurting POTUS than he is in defending his own client.

All I needed to hear this morning to know that Cohen is, in fact, colluding. With the "Deep State" in general and the Demon-rats in particular.

Conspiracy requires an agreement to commit a crime with another. If Trump had said “make it go away” or “get an NDA” there is no agreement to commit a crime, even if Cohen goes out and commits a crime in carrying out that directive.
Let’s say that President Trump says “Go make a withdrawal from the bank.” Cohen goes and robs the bank. You can’t charge President Trump with conspiracy because Cohen goes out and commits a crime.
That’s why Cohen phrased the “confession” they way he did. It was solely designed to create media headlines. The press then went into full spin mode. That’s what they do, they are enemies of the people.
Unless Trump said “go take campaign funds and make an illegal contribution to pay off these women” there isn’t a conspiracy on these facts.
